Lessons begin Tuesday! I am looking forward to seeing you this week. Please remember…

Tuition is now due at the first lesson of every month. Thank you for remembering to bring your payment on time. 30 minute private lessons $105 outside home/$90 SLC, 45 minutes $145 outside home/$130 SLC 60 minutes $170. This includes three private lessons and one 60-minute group lesson every month. There are no make-up lessons and tuition will always be the same. If you know you have an unavoidable conflict please try to switch lesson times with another student. If I have a professional conflict (Utah Symphony, Ballet West) I give students the option of coming a different time or receiving a credit toward the next month’s tuition.

I need to turn in the Suzuki Association of Utah dues now. It is $30 per family. Please make checks out to Kristiana Sandberg. SAU is a great organization and includes: regular newsletters with ideas of how to make practice more fun and learn more effectively, an annual super activity, an annual parent and teacher convention and more. I required all my students book 5 and under to be a member. To learn more please visit suzukimusicutah.org.

Group Lessons are Tuesday, September 10 at Summerhays Music, 5420 S Green Street. Book One 5-6pm, Book 2+ 6-7pm. Please let me know ahead of time if you need to be excused from the lesson.

NO PRIVATE LESSONS during group lesson week, September 9-13.

The annual SAU super activity, Suzuki Stars, is September 28th at 2pm at the Canyons Church, 1700 East Fort Union Blvd. Our group will perform Minute One (Book 3+ please ask me for the duet part) and Cripple Creek. We will have a rehearsal with the pianist Saturday, September 21st sometime between 3-6pm in Millcreek. I will let you know when I know for sure when and where.
